Project (June 2018 – Present): Silversands, St.George, Grenada.  $140 million 5 Star Resort for JDC .Duties: Responsible for project management, programme delivery, costs, local contractors, procurement (local/international), design development and value engineering, for a 5 Star resort consisting of 5 sea side 4 bed villas, 2 hotel blocks, beach club, restaurant, 4 hill side 3 bed villas, lobby and the longest infinity pool in the carribean. Project (June 2018 – Present): Renegade Rum Distillery, Conference, Grenada.  $20 million Rum distillery for Renegade Rum.Duties: Overall responsibility for contract administration, project management, programme delivery, costs, local contractors, procurement (local/international), design development and value engineering, during the site set up, excavation and foundations of the Mill, Still, Brew and Warehouse buildings on the first new modern rum distillery in Grenada

Responsible for ground works, piling and secant slurry walls for a 24 storey office tower. including cost plan and procurement of the main contractor under FIDIC red book.

Project (Sept 2015 – Sept. 2016): Metroffice, Bucharest  €21 million Grade A office development for Immofinaz (Real Habitation)Duties: Overall responsibility for contract administration, project management, programme delivery, costs, local building inspectors and LEED consultant, under a bespoke client contract. The first phase of the project was for a 22,000m2 office building including 2no. underground parking areas, ground floor shops/cafe’s, 5no. open plan office floors, roof top plant room areas including green roof’s and external hard and soft landscaping the project achieved LEED silver award.

Overall responsibility for excavation and piling works including procurement.

Spacial Management Ltd. Rwanda (Secondment from Gardiner & Theobald)Project (Feb 2012 – May 2015):  Kigali Conference Complex, Kigali, Rwanda$296 million 5 Star Hotel and Conference Centre for Ultimate Concepts Ltd. Duties: Responsible for all construction works on site, under a FIDIC Contract for Construction, of a  291 key hotel and separate 36,800m2 (GFA) conference centre including 1,253m2 arena housed under a 60m wide and 46m high structural steel dome which I was personally in charge of. Due to the location of the project the development includes its own service plant area included waste treatment, cooling and power generation on a 126,000m2 site in the centre of the capital.

Project (Jan 2007 – Feb 2012):  Sofia Airport Center, Sofia. €36 million Grade A office development for Tishman International and GE real estate.Duties: Involved with all aspects of the FIDIC Plant and Design – Build Contract from the tender negotiations through the design development to the construction. During the project the main contractor was put into liquidation and I was involved with negotiations for the settlement agreement, termination valuation, advising the client on their contractual obligations and eventual negotiations with the sub-contractors for the recommencement and completion of the project.Project (Sept 2007 – Aug 2009): Sofia Airport Center, Sofia. €18.9 million logistics center for Tishman International and GE real estate.Duties:  Responsible for the contract administration, management and delivery under the  FIDIC Plant and Design – Build Contract, through the whole construction and handover phases of 30,000m2 of warehousing and Class B office space for multiple tenants, including Honeywell, Hilti and Germanos.Project (May 2009 – June 2010): Arco Towers, Sofia. 297,000m2. Mixed use development.Duties: Design Management to technical stage and client liaison of a mixed use development with 3 levels of above ground Shopping Mall / Retail, High-rise Class A Office Tower, High-rise Hotel / Residential and serviced apartments, Three basement levels of parking.

Project (Jan 2007 – Aug 2007): Milton Court, Moorgate. £140 million music school and residential complex for Heron.Duties: Involved with the pre construction, value engineering, construction methodology, buildability and site set up for the whole project. Procurement and management of the envelope packages including the pre cast concrete, glazed cladding and roofing packages, with a projected combined value of £32 million, on the 7 storey guildhall school of music and the 37 storey residential tower. Project (May 2005 – Dec 2006): More London Plots 3 & 4, London Bridge. £54 million shell and core for Norton Rose and £29 million shell and core for Lawrence Graham Duties: Procurement and management through the whole construction and handover phases of the Reception Stone floors, internal glazed balustrades and lift shafts, Metalwork and balustrades packages simultaneously across both plots to a combined value of over £2million. During the construction phase of plot 3, I was also responsible for the other fit out packages including Toilets, joinery, drylining and the close out of snags and remedials.     Project (Dec 2004 – Apr 2005): New Horizon Court, Brentford. £24 million Cat A fit out of the new BskyB World head Quarters,Project (Sept 2003- Dec 2004): The Phillimores, Kensington, London. £85 million residential project for Westcity WatesDuties: Management of the Bathroom fit out and the Architectural Metalwork packages comprising 276 different bathrooms, glazed balustrades, external railings and refurbishing ornate gates on this high spec housing development in central Kensington. Combined value of £4.6 million.
