Responsible for providing technical training, support, and consultation in the use of Infinite Campus (a student management application) and associated technologies to all employees in the K-12 administrative and instructional environment. Designed course manuals and training based on contract specifications and a comprehensive knowledge of the product, course curricula, and technology solutions. Deliver 90% of training via a face-to-face platform and 10% via Web Ex. Closely monitor and evaluate trainees’ progress from product initiation, technology integration, applications and software use to Go-Live. Update curriculum and extend training as needed to ensure participants’ success. Support help desk to maintain good relationships with trainees and clients. Responsible for delivering training on all features on Xerox copiers to customers, including setting up the network and copier integration. Responsibilities include calling and scheduling training appointments with the client, traveling to client’s location which can be anywhere in the state of Georgia and delivering custom training for the clients/companies’ needs. Responsibilities also include submission of paperwork on a weekly basis.
