With over 25 years of law enforcement experience, I retired as the Chief of Police at Lumberton Township, where I oversaw the operations, intelligence, and training of the department. I am a certified public manager from Rutgers University and a graduate of the West Point Command and Leadership program, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to lead and manage a diverse and effective team of police officers. I have also worked as the Chief of Police at Lumberton Township for four years, where I implemented various initiatives to improve community relations, crime prevention, and officer safety. I successfully led the Police Department in obtaining our first NJ State Accreditation Program. I am passionate about serving and protecting the public, and I strive to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in my field. I am always eager to learn new techniques and technologies that can enhance the quality and efficiency of law enforcement and public service.
