FP3C is a boutique infrastructure advisory that provides specialized infrastructure solutions across all sectors. The firm works with both the private and public sectors to deliver bespoke advice to unlock optimum solutions. Based in the United States, FP3C has experience working both domestically and internationally across both developed and emerging markets.Current mandates:FP3C is currently working in partnership with Tusk Advisory, a local Indonesian firm, to develop a brownfield concession scheme for the Indonesian government including structure development and pilot project identification to spur foreign infrastructure investment in the country. FP3C is advising hedge funds on distressed debt opportunities on European transportation assets.

While at John Laing, I led the the company's business development and investment origination activities across multiple sectors including water and managed lanes. The results of these activities included leading the company's first successful entry into the managed lanes sector with the acquisition of a stake in I-77 in 2015 and the expansion of John Laing's presence and network in the water industry. In addition, I also:• Leveraged industry relationships to develop off-market transaction opportunities for John Laing including multiple water projects currently under development• Undertook business development activities including project identification, consortium building, government relations and project feasibility• Served on board for John Laing at I-77 Mobility Partners• Represented John Laing as a panelist at multiple industry events as expert on financial and commercial structuring of PPPs

Working in a multi-faceted role, I accelerated the development and expanded the profile of Cintra in the Australia and Asia Pacific Region through building relationships with clients, advisors and partners.In addition, I also continued and expanded on my previous role to generate, analyze and develop investment opportunities that provided targeted financial returns and serve as strategic platforms for the development of new asset classes and geographies.Other highlights included:• Created market analyses and business cases examining potential entries into non-OECD markets where the company was not currently present • Collaborated with joint venture partner to develop off-market greenfield toll road opportunities within Australia • Spearheaded the development of a multi-billion dollar unsolicited greenfield proposal to the government of New South Wales that positioned the joint venture to capitalize on the future development of the corridor. • Developed new relationships in the region to successfully build consortiums for future PPP projects in Australia and New Zealand

During my time with Cintra's corporate development department, I focused on the development and expansion of non-greenfield bidding activities for the company, including M&A opportunities, geographical expansion and portfolio management, including:• Developing and proposing investment theses for merger and acquisition targets to Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Development Director• Leading the company’s efforts in entering a new Southeast Asian market via developing relationships with local investors and potential partners, government officials and third-party advisors• Conducting comprehensive due diligence and valuations for multiple European toll road companies and foreign infrastructure companies across multiple sectors• Analyzing existing portfolio assets for potential improvements via renegotiations with public sector agencies

Managed the development of project proposals for Cintra's bids on multiple large-scale PPP investments in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities included creating consortiums, negotiating shareholder agreements, managing relationships with third-party investors, consultants and advisers and acting as point of contact with public administrators.
