Current•Created administrative software interfaces and services to automate customer account creation and management in production Windows domain. Processes automated include web based sign up, AD object creation, SQL database creation from templates, file system structure creation including file access control lists, and CRM profile creation including sales order and encrypted billing info.•Developed custom CRM solution including data model for large customer base with an initial Microsoft Dynamics CRM data import. Features AD manipulation via remote permission delegated LDAP services, account and case management, and billing system integration.•Wrote complete invoicing and billing software solution and integrated it with CRM system. Providing interfaces for managing billing information, sales orders, invoices and cash receipts to billing department personnel through the CRM facilitated automation of the core invoice and billing file generation routine which includes emailing of PDF invoices created using XSL-FO.•Designed a software system to organize a heterogenious group of networked computers into a single distributed entity. Using this software to direct node machines to harvest, sanitize and convert web page content to compliant XML allowed the use of technologies like XPath to secure massive amounts of information from the web in SQL databases.•Created a web-based solution for offering a variety of background check and data reports catered to the bail industry. Delivered via ASP.NET, report data can originate from a wide variety of vendors as XML and is presented using XSLT or converted to a PDF for download using XSL-FO.•Routinely manage SAAS Citrix server farm including client databases. Deploying software releases and performing database updates for thousands of customers is facilitated by custom written tools.•Developed mobile app to allow communication between bail agent and defendants including GPS tracking and image upload to RESTful web service.
