Through my employment at Staples, I've learned to approach customer service from a solution-based perspective. I've worked many times with customers to develop presentations, booklets, business cards, posters, banners, and more to fit their individual marketing and printing needs, whether they're for personal or professional use. I helped keep the Print & Marketing Center in my store running through periods of high turnover, setting a professional example for new coworkers and training through encouragement. My excellent attention to detail continues to enable me to meet customers' expectations by approaching my job from their point of view, critiquing production at each step to ensure the final product is no less than perfect for its application.

During my participation in the UAH SHC's TwoMonth program, I led the development of code for a microprocessor onboard a weather balloon payload designed to measure cosmic radiation levels against various altitudes. To facilitate analysis of the data, I programmed the Arduino-based flight computer to output data from a Geiger counter to a micro-SD card as a comma-separated file. I then wrote a MATLAB script to import this file, analyze it, and plot the detected radiation levels against the elapsed flight time and the altitude of the payload.
