Jones College Prep is a $90 million, 144-foot-tall, 7-story high rise urban academic facility with underground parking, amphitheater, music education wing, competitive swimming facility, full indoor athletic facilities in addition to classroom, library, kitchen & dining facilities and state-of-the-art distance learning and computer labs. Performed structural, construction methodology and logistics design review for the Shard London Bridge, a 90-story landmark in London’s revitalized London Bridge Quarter and the tallest building in Western Europe. Provided program level consulting and reporting, structural feasibility analysis as well as financial, schedule and logistics analysis as a member of the program management team for the Jumeirah Gardens program in Dubai, UAE.
