Founder and co-owner of K2 Corporate Mobility, an independent global mobility relocation and professional services provider.Together with Executive Business Director Richard Rutledge, I founded K2 in 2002 with the aim of offering clients a level of integrity that surpassed all other market offerings. I wanted to make global mobility less of a transactional affair and more of a supportive and personal experience. 'Because it's personal' became the beating heart of K2, and although the company has now grown to span multiple regions across the globe, it retains its unique family feel.2022 saw K2 turn twenty. Celebrating this anniversary and reflecting on the many milestones which have got us to this point was one of the proudest moments of my career so far. The next twenty years will be very different from the first. Sustainability, for example, will play a huge role in the development of the global mobility industry - and rightly so. All of us will be stretched and tested and challenged, but K2 will continue to adapt, evolve and grow without compromise.
