I led on the development of a transfer business plan to secure private finance and Executive grant funding for the Argyll and Bute transfer in November 2006, this required me to be conversant with the Communities Scotland Community Ownership Programme, the regulatory regime and their pricing model as well as other financial models.I was also involved in the development of a similar business plan for River Clyde Homes, the proposed receiving landlord for Inverclyde's Council Housing stock which transferred in December 2007.I was the key point of reference for the development of appropriate risk management strategies, policies and the training of Board members in risk management.
