His efforts resulted in the construction of a 30-acre Agile Combat Employment training site for 3 wings, which served as the 2023 Troop Training Project for the CE squadron.- Coordinated with 16 agencies to organize, train and equip 661 members to provide vital deployment readiness training, enabling the wing's first-ever 2800-member Air Force Force Generation deployment cycle.
