I am a Leader of 20+ years who believes in developing others to reach their maximum potential, no matter their position. I have a passion for improving processes by developing solutions where problems exist in any and all areas of the business. I started a new position in June 2023 as Plant Manager at Medal Technologies. I have been successful in various positions throughout my career including Operations Management, Engineering, Maintenance, and P&L Analysis. I look forward to a new, fun, and rewarding experience in the next chapter of my career. I continue to strive to grow my team and myself so that we can be prepared for whatever role that is next on our horizon. I am a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths coach and enjoy working with others to help teams and individuals boost their performance by focusing in on their unique talents.
