As a Consumer and Marketing Insights Coordinator, I am responsible for providing support on customer presentations for other analyst, supporting assistant manager in West customer presentations, leading the 2nd and 3rd tier West customer and managing any analytics for Deli Specialty Cheese. I use IRI data to create visualizations in Powerpoint to tell the Tillamook story and help regional sales mangers sell in or defend Tillamook products in Market.Along with these responsibilities, I manage a PowerApp for my team that allows Regional Sales Managers to input customer call plans when they need customer presentations built for an upcoming meeting. This allows our data analyst to be on top of their customer call plans through out the year as well as keeping track of Sell in for business goals. While working as an Sales Analyst, I’ve been able to hone my skills as a Data Analyst with building Dashboards in PowerBI. I’ve built Innovation Trackers to track innovation projects progression, Cream Cheese Tracker looking at performance metric such as Sales, Velocity, Price Per unit and Trended Sales, Albertsons Dashboard which tracked our progression of increased distribution and as well as performance at each division, and similar dashboards as the Albertsons dashboard for different accounts.

As a Tillamook Retail Sales Representative, I was responsible for creating and sustaining relationships with independent grocery stores, creating my own travel schedule, tracking product placements, sales, and promotions, building a relationship with store managers & category buyers, and selling in new Tillamook products at store level. I was also responsible for 150+ grocery stores in the Washington State and represent the brand at every grocery store I connected with. During this time, I developed a PowerApp where you could take notes for retailer information, get routes to store locations, check your personal calendar, create your own schedule, and check in when at retailer grocery store using geolocation.

Part time seasonal employee where I was responsible for engaging customers with a upbeat and positive attitude. I was also responsible for being knowledgeable about all products in the women's section and being able to effectively communicate this to customers to support their needs.

I was responsible for assisting the communications associate and development director on any outbound communication which included press releases, sponsor letters, presentations, letters and emails to our Vincentians. Along with these responsibilities, I also efficiently organize and develop database systems for management use. As part of the workforce development training program, I attended classes to further expand my knowledge on interviewing skills, resume writing, networking and building a five year plan.

While working part with St. Vincent de Paul, I would also work 1-2 days with the owner of Oakland Ultimate, Valerio Iania, at his Ultimate Frisbee summer camps. I was responsible for setting up fields, running drills. interacting with the campers, and generally helping Val with running the camps.

While working for JoyRun, I was responsible for actively leading the local delivery services of Joyrun within the community on both the personal and enterprise level. While working, I leveraged Joyrun’s social media presence to promote incentivized offers to the OSU community. Also, I attended numerous strategic meeting, both internal and with key corporate partners, in an effort to maintain and heighten corporate expansion projections. I was recognized by my team lead for my willingness to go above and beyond when non one took multiple night weekend shifts.

I was responsible for front and back end of sales where I used suggestive selling to promote addtional sales of food & drink. I also prepared coffee drinks and organized customer orders in under 60 seconds.
