• Analysed the annual stock take results which were poor, to find the underlying issues and created a robust plan. Latest stock take figures were 1% - the lowest ever.
• Reviewed the facts then created a robust plan to solve the long-term problem about the Health and Safety and compliance audit being unacceptable. Empowered colleagues to do the job correctly. Achieved green/green audit.
• Motivating peers to analyse labour costs was a real challenge, but using influencing skills, demonstrating value and training them, demonstrated long term P&L savings.
