•Manage 11 regular accounts which includes restaurants, country clubs and private tower residences in addition to private parties and large events (ACE Group golf tournament, Von Liebig/Naples National Art Festival, Immokalee Foundation and Naples Philharmonic fundraisers)•Create weekly valet schedule and manage up to 50 people per night -handle all human resources aspects including; compensation, internal issues between employees, implementing new policies and procedures •Maintain constant contact with valets during events to insure efficiency •Handle all customer service issues that may arise•Send invoices to all customers, as well as quotes to potential ones
