My experience ranges from managing a front desk at the University of Iowa, to facilitating customer experience at multiple different restaurants, to negotiating terms of sale on something as common as mobile devices, to vehicles exceeding $80,000.In addition, I have worked with wireless based technology for years, including setting up and maintaining networking equipment on cell towers, troubleshooting and solving customer problems with their various devices, and guiding customer experience through the use of tablets and RFID chips at technology-based restaurants. Being face-to-face, problem solving, and helping people are my strong suits. I am currently combining that talent with my growing skillset in the field of IT as I study Cybersecurity at the College of DuPage. I hope to assist organizations in securing their network infrastructure and prevent cyber-attacks from affecting thier business.
