Generate qualified retirement plan sales and maintain small and mid-market customer relationships. Partner with a local RVP in a geographic territory to engage with the financial professionals, consultants, third party administrators and plan sponsors. Responsible for achieving an annual plan and asset sales goal. Responsible for the relationship management of assigned advisors, TPAs and plans to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and future opportunities.

Direct contact in working with the clients to achieve their financial goals by performing operational duties, servicing clients through diligent and detailed follow up, and keeping organized accounts of client information. Help develop campaigns and maintain relationships to increase penetration of existing markets.

Mandated to collect and analyze comprehensive data in order to recommend corrections to working resolution/reports of the committee. Work with other Dais leadership to coordinate rules and procedures throughout all simulations. Coordinated training and guidance for other employees to facilitate the flow of debate in the simulation.

Responsible for building a grassroots network of volunteers capable of turning out enough voters to deliver the margin of victory within their assigned region. Recruiting, managing and training volunteers to participate in direct voter contact activities including canvassing, phonebanking, and voter registration.

Interacting with the patrons, guests, fellow workers and supervisors in a polite, considerate, and welcoming manner to make sure all guests have a perfect bar experience. Actively taking orders, giving suggestions, mixing drinks, serving food and monitoring guests’ bar experience.
