Responsible for winning, resourcing and project managing the delivery of consultancy assignments and programmes within Children’s and Adults Social Care, for a range of local authority and central government clients. Responsible for the development and delivery of Executive/Director recruitment and assessment assignments at mainly Corporate Director and Service Director level in primarily Local Government, Housing and the NHS. I have worked with numerous local authorities and partner organisations , mainly in the North and Midlands and have helped to appoint in most service areas including Chief Executive, children and adult’s services, neighbourhood services, community engagement, housing, communications, regeneration, finance, legal, democratic services, resources and HR services. Successfully ‘won’ and delivered a number of recruitment assignments in the salary range of £25,000 to £90,000.
