With a Master’s degree in Oceanography and Management of the Marine Environment from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Harokopio University of Athens, my academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in environmental science, spatial analysis, and sustainability.Throughout my career, I've gained valuable experience across various roles that have enriched my knowledge and skills in the public and private sectors. As a GIS Analyst at Nature Conservation Consultants (NCC Ltd), I was responsible for digitizing datasets to improve spatial accuracy, which was critical in streamlining operations and enhancing decision-making processes. My role as an Assistant Sales Manager at Gameshero O.E. honed my skills in client interactions and sales management. At the same time, my tenure as a Consulting Geologist and Oceanographer at Terra-Marine involved improving geophysical survey accuracy and delivering high-quality results that contributed to environmental impact assessments.In addition, my work experience includes valuable internships and leadership roles, such as my involvement with the Hellenic Military Geographical Service as a Junior GIS Analyst and my coordination and surveying work with Archelon, The Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece. These experiences have strengthened my abilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management, making me adept at handling complex environmental and geospatial tasks.Proficient in tools such as ArcMap, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office, I am skilled at leveraging technology to analyze and present data effectively. My work ethic is characterized by attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. I am eager to expand my expertise further, particularly in learning new software like AutoCAD, to continue contributing to innovative environmental solutions.
