I then used one of my domain names to showcase the technology and CapeVilllas.com was born.Thanks to the VR tech and cloud-based reservations and affiliate marketing systems we created in 2005 CapeVillas™ became the market leader. In 2009 I made The Cape Villas Coffee table Magazine distributed by Condé Nast and Bulgari, Sotheby’s, Prada and many others contacted us about collaborations and business opportunities. But in 2010, a tragedy happened that I will not discuss here, and my heart desired I revisit what I was best at; technology. So I put the company in the hands of my apprentice and started work on what is now S-World AGI – The 10 Technologies (t10t). (See my main profile.)You don’t just make AGI overnight, most say it’s half a century away. So we are going to have to skip to the now in 2022. Right now, I am zeroing in on Founder Fund VC, because its founder; Peter Theil wrote a book that was pivotal to my research and his network includes everyone I want to talk to. There’s a girl there who loves ML, infra and Poker, but Silicon Valley VCs prefer to see technologies working in business, so we return to CapeVillas as the showcase for the first four of the 10 Technologies. So, I would like to first put in place the framework for a deal with either a great Owner/CEO of a smaller real estate company, Sotheby's or Christie's Realty. So right now, I’m recruiting. Supereconomics.ai is the most recent research and development initiative from S-World - The Global Network project S-World.biz I started Feb 2011. See http://www.supereconomics.ai We have come along way since www.S-World.biz (2011) and www.AmericanButterfly.org (2012), which inspired the philanthropic initiative www.AngelTheory.org in 2016. In 2017 after inspiration from the thought experiment MARS RESORT 1, the Š-ŔÉŚ™ economic equation from American Butterfly was adapted in such a way to work with the country Malawi, or any country in extreme poverty.Supereconomics is now defined as finding ways to use Š-ŔÉŚ™ in real-world situations. This is the subject of Supereconomics Book 2. Š-ŔÉŚ™ and The Suburb Sale - which as of 12th Nov 2020 is the focus of the project. Alongside the book, we are creating Š-ŔÉŚ™ as cloud-based software to better demonstrate the systems, and to be able to make a great many simulations of the system. Indeed on a timeline to 2080, we wish to create 87 Quintillion Histories. A 'history' is a simulation into the future, usually 2080. Until we have the Š-ŔÉŚ™ cloud-based software it takes a long time to create these simulations and most of Supereconomics is created upon History 3. In History 3 we take Malawi (or other chronically poor countries) from almost zero to one percent of GDP between 2024 and 2080. Making and spending trillions and of those trillions most cash flow is directed at the Net-Zero Special Projects, the subject of book 3. Sixty-Four Reasons Why. Because of the 64 Reasons why we hope the network will not be sanctioned by antitrust. Š-ŔÉŚ™ is a monopolistic equation but as it does so much good, the world needs to reassess its opinion of monopoly and go back to basics and Theodor Roservervelt who importantly only busted the bad trusts, who in those days were essentially organized crime. If he was president now, he would not hinder S-World, he would advocate it, he would make it Policy.

In London during the 90’s I worked as a Q-Bass network programmer, then in 1999 I moved into web development. In 2001 I moved to Cape Town and created the Cape Town based luxury villas agency www.CapeVillas.com.In 2002 we created the world’s first ‘Flash’ Virtual Tour and in 2005 we developed a PMS. By 2006 Cape Villas were the market leaders. Over the years that followed we received recommendations from by Diners Club Condé Nast Traveler UK and made partnerships with Quintessentially and Sotheby’s Realty Cape Town.It was the last partnership that inspired, all the projects I have worked on since. We created a duplicate version of our website for Sotheby’s Realty on a revenue share basis. After it was decided to repeat this internationally including creating a software framework, a marketing platform, API’s with the world’s leading luxury villa providers and look at the complexities of creating a global network.In 2011 I retired from the front line of Cape Villas to focus on the creation of the business plan. It took two years of research and development to complete, due to extending the scope of the project to all business types within a Virtual Networking concept, (an international extension of the Virtual Network created 2002 – 2004, but using virtual reality). The plans were first presented as research papers on www.S-World.biz, then as a series of 4 books in development on www.AmericanButterfly.org.In 2013, I started development of the web framework with a team of talented framework specialist php programmers from India and in March 2014 we created the first prototype network www.Cape-Town-Luxury-Villas.com. See www.AmericanButterfly.orgOn the 1st of January 2012, I stopped working on www.S-World.biz; first description of the virtual network and the New Sparta Net-Zero City of Science, and started the same theory but in the USA. The new project was then titled AmericanButterfly.The butterfly in respect of chaos they and how I wished to create economics butterfly effects, staring in the powerhouse USA then targeted to those in need. South Africa for example.This would take 18 months to develop and would eventually be written in three different books that are attached.Book 1. The Theory of Every Business describes the economics and software and has a number of key chapters, in particular chapters. 7. S-World that describe the S-World Virtual Network, and 8. S-World UCS that tells of a game that sits upon the economics and the technology. Which mid-way turns its head to quantum mechanics.Book 2. Spiritually Inspired Software was my attempt to better understand quantum mechanics, the book was also called quantum economics. But along the way came the idea for the software THE PQS - Predictive Quantum Software that a decade later would become S-World Angwing and the Supereconomics Ai also known as The Ten Technologies.Book 3. The Network on A String continued the particle physicist theme of analogies this time mostly based on String Theory. This book has two significant chapters, the first (chapter 3) presents an early version of Š-ŔÉŚ™ and chapter 7 presents Angel POP which would later be drilled down to the key phrase 'Grand Networks on locations of abject Poverty are Special Projects' which 5 years later would see the Network change its location to Malawi and countries in extreme poverty directly.
