Project Management of development activities for Enterprise Solution components' Integration, Identity Management & Security and Reporting.

Managing the Business & Systems Analysts as well as the Development Team for the Business Solutions Group within ICT.

Development management responsibilities for a multi-disciplinary team of 40 – 50 development staff. This is a high-performing group of people who work together in project teams to deliver significant enhancements of a base product to a major public sector client.

Operational responsibilities for the 24x7x365 operation of the largest Business-To-Business e-commerce environment in New Zealand

Responsible for all the activities of the NZ Solution Development Group – managing a team of up to 40 staff to a budget of approx. USD $2.0 million p.a.

Project management of the Universal Messaging programme - the largest development project then underway within the Unisys New Zealand Communications Centre of Excellence

Full project development responsibilities including management of Scope, Schedule, Finance and Risk. The projects involved the development of object oriented, XML-based middleware that provided an open, standards-based and flexible enterprise application integration environment.

Held a variety of roles including operating the Unisys PMO for three years, Bid and Implementation Management for both internal and external Unisys clients as well as a significant amount of Y2K consultancy to a major NZ/Aust Retail Bank.

The engagements I was involved with covered a range of operational support, systems integration and consultancy activities.

Independent Contractor – Providing IT consultancy services to a large NZ government department.

A variety of Systems Analysis & Design, Implementation, Project and Account Management activities in England, Portugal and the Czech Republic. These included activities conducted directly on behalf of Advanced Business Solutions as well as consultancy activities under contract to Unisys.
