Responsible for electrical subcontractors and equipment vendors on Phase III and Phase IV of a 441,000 SF Data Center with the build-out of 16 of 28 total computer rooms. Trade management of wiring and building controls to equipment including, but not limited to, Transformers, MV Switch Gear, PDU, and Generators. With addition to Electrical trade responsibility, it is my duty to manage Commissioning efforts and day to day MEP coordination, managing the weekly MEP meetings, as well as the commissioning Plan of the daily meetings. As the trade responsible engineer of the above listed, it is my role to resolve and prioritize day to day conflicts and issues, management of monthly billing and change order request, and development of miscellaneous and overall project schedules.

Assisted in successful pre-construction services and project start-up of a general construction renovation project at a private university, Clarkson, in Northern New York valued at $2M. Pre-construction duties included buy-out of sub-contractor scope and contract. Engineering duties included management of demo, geofoam, concrete, drywall, door, flooring, and masonry. Project schedule was successfully met through a fast track logic that occurred over an 8 month period while the building remained at half occupancy.

The position allows for effective coordination of volunteer workers during the tasks of demolition, finish/rough carpentry, millwork, painting, and landscaping. Along with this, the intern position requires the proper management of material deliveries, site safety, and teaching construction skills to volunteers.
