Responsible for operations at Surfing England, the National Governing Body for Surfing in England. Including development of the organisations and its impact, reach and service to Surfing, and delivery of a 'Healthy Surfing Community' strategy. The role incorporates all operations, including the day to day management of the company and all events, contests, promotional activities, marketing strategies, outreach program's, development work, projects and targets, setting budgets, managing finances and working with a small and passionate team of staff. Additional responsibilities of this role include the sourcing of all commercial partnerships and the recent delivery of Surfing England appointment by Sport England as the National Governing Body for Surfing. I decided to build a business to convert my passion for enjoying life and capturing my experiences through the art of photography into a business. I operated it alone and it was a success, selling my artwork individually and to property developers, I also picked up work as an event photographer at sports, hospitality events and even a wedding. It is now a skill I enjoy, but no longer use as a business venture.

Organisation of Surfing GB contests and events. Promotion of Surfing GB throughout the Surfing community and assisting in the development of Surfing as a sport in the UK.

Assist in the organisation of corporate hospitality for international sporting events inc. Rugby Six Nations & Cheltenham Horse Races.

Role: Specific daily responsibilities included preparing for all guests & events, meeting & assisting guests, monitoring on course activities, completing a variety of tasks related to guest satisfaction & ensuring excellent guest experience from arrival to departure at the resort.

Role: Assisting in the day to day operations of the club, meeting and greeting members and visitors, operating within a team and individually, using sound knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered at the club to assist customers. Promotion of golfing activities by organising and running tournaments, corporate days and charity events; specifically this role involved recording all communications and financial transactions, event promotion, preparation of facilities, ensuring that dress-code and etiquette are adhered to, analysing feedback then using it to enhance the quality of future events.
