- Play an integral role on project management team for multiple projects at the same time- Help create lasting relationships with owners, tenants, architects, and engineers to foster team unity and business opportunities- Work on subcontractor buyouts and submittal verification and processing, price owner changes, and prepare internal budget reviews

- Enrolled in highly selective summer business program with coursework in finance, spreadsheet modeling, accounting, economics, marketing, and communications taught by Tuck MBA Professors- Evaluated Whole Foods business by analyzing financial statements, a Discounted Cash Flow, and projected future earnings as well as growth opportunities; presented findings with a team of four other students and argued the company was overvalued to a panel of executives from banking and consulting industries

- Researched medical and academic properties and conducted on-site visits to medical and academic properties to determine their value and investment potential and market of each area- Created a database for each area visited- Worked on a team with three other interns and presented our findings to a team of professionals
