In 2023 I successful began a Phase II Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Wayne Memorial Hospital including personally writing all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance standards, budgeting for equipment, ensuring patient safety through national standards, and maintaining effective communication with hospital administration, the hospital authority board, and my medical director.
