o In charge of Nairobi and Western region. This is inclusive of merchandising operations in both Key outlets and the Mass market. Ensured that all merchandisers maintained high level of accountancy and transparency in outlets.o In charge of Margarine and Baking powder category in the country. Involved in below and above the line marketing and advertising strategy formulation to ensure brand penetration and awareness.o In charge of carrying out branch opening promotions.o Maintained high standard levels of customer satisfaction policy as stipulated by ISO company regulation.o Local Purchase Order processing for customers as well as handling any complaints that may arise.o Coordinate and monitor in close liaison with the Quality Control department the implementation of the QMS program; ensuring that any compromised product during manufacturing is recalled and replaced.o Conduct internal training, sensitization and evaluation on effectiveness of training on all Merchandising staff on quality and customer satisfaction.o Preparation of Monthly\Ad hoc reports and presenting it to management.
