I am the owner and CEO of 3-Tier Alaska, a Civil & Environmental Engineering and Professional Land Surveying firm with offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks. I am a licensed and registered Professional Civil Engineer in Alaska (PE-114848) and Washington (PE-53240) and hold a Land-Surveyor-in-Training in Washington (LSIT-1200). I have been practicing civil engineering in the state of Alaska for over five years, specializing in water and sewer design, drafting, specification writing, land surveying and inspection. I have designed or assisted in the design of over 50 miles of new water and sewer pipe, along with several dozen sewer lift stations and water booster pump stations. With a combined 100 years of knowledge and expertise in multifaceted disciplines of civil engineering, our staff at 3-Tier Alaska consists of Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, biologists, geologists, and environmental scientists. For over 40 years, the company has planned, platted, surveyed, designed, inspected, managed, and consulted on all things environmental, and surveying related.
