Lead Generation & Research:· Researching and targeting prospects using a variety of sales tools· Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects· Follow up and qualify all leads to identify additional prospects or opportunities to leverage broader relationships· Explore companies and wider markets to gain a greater understanding of the industries you are selling intoSales:· Identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi-dwelling properties.· Proactively building and managing a sales pipeline.· Consistently hitting sales targets set per quarter.· Build and manage a network of relationships to ease new business development.· Identify and leverage internal relationships.· Communicating with all levels from Caretakers, Concierges, Property Manager to C-Level Managers.Reporting:· Providing regular reporting on progress to management as required.· Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.· Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.Internal Facilitator:· Establish and build good working relationships with internal stakeholders to aid the successful deployment of sites.· Coordinating functions to ensure a single client-facing interface (where necessary and desirable).

· Engaging with existing customers with the main goal to increase revenue, extending their commitment, and retaining customers intended on leaving· Reaching and overachieving set revenue targets on a monthly basis· Actively cooperating with the management team and assisting in the constant development of new processes and procedures, and brainstorming solutions· Onboarding and mentoring new team members, and providing active counseling to other senior and junior associates· Exploit current marketing campaigns to secure additional leads via a direct customer contact· Conduct additional outreach to customers that have declined initial retention, in an effort to further minimize loss· Taking ownership of contacts and situations that require a dedicated approach with a purpose of maintaining high customer satisfaction

· Converting inbound sales leads, and establishing new ones through outbound contacts, while simultaneously focusing on value increase· Consistently achieving and overachieving monthly sales targets· · Handle real-time chat inquiries with the goal of securing additional leads· Implementing company's processes, preventing escalations and handling intermediate to complex customer complaints· Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction (over 95%)· Handle internal communication with various departments in order to ensure that the service is delivered· Help with training and onboarding of new members of the team

· Handle escalations and complaints via email or over the phone· Cooperating with Sales Executives in order to maintain high-profile accounts· Containing and firefighting issues that have affected clients· Dealing with the aftermath of oversights and service fails· Monitoring various surveys and responding adequately to the feedback· Provide additional quality monitoring for CSA Team leads, and assist with further training and onboarding

· Help maintain and expand a DriverAnywhere network of affiliate providers in over 300 cities around the world· Provide direct technical and educational support for the LimoAnywhere integrated platform· Prevent and resolve issues between providers and clients· Support with both technical know-how and act as a mediator in the communication between clients and providers· Help providers with arranging and organizing services and events, and ensuring that company standards are maintained· Providing feedback regarding possible system upgrades and suggesting solutions. Work on creating procedures that would optimize processes · Actively testing the system to ensure flawless performance

· Organizing point-to-point transfers for clients either via phone or email· Resolving client issues and answering queries· Managing client corporate and private accountsMonitoring interaction between drivers and clients, and ensuring flawless service· Organize and oversee various corporate events and VIP transfers· Helping maintain GroundLink Fleet, provide support to the drivers, answer customer-related queries and convey information
