My sophomore year of high school in went to venango technology student center in oil city for electronics. I learns how to soldering and the components and how they work. Then my junior year i switched to machine tool technology. In there I learn how to run manual mills, lathes, surfaces grinder, and touched base on cnc mills. I graduated machine tool technology with the most certification parts. in 2019 when I was a senior in high school I went on cooperative education and worked at Roser Technologies, Inc. cooperative education is when you work instead of going to shop class so you can get hands on training. when I graduated in June 2019 Roser Technologies, Inc. hired me full time to run vertical CNC lathe. On that CNC lathe I worked on all the specialty part and have worked with tolerances up too .0005 . I got promoted to CNC programmer/CNC machinist. I successfully write all the programs for my shop using a software called GibbsCam on a daily basis . It is a CAM/ CAD all in one software. I am responsible for reading blueprints and drawing models and posting programs for new parts and used parts to be repaired. I also successfully operate a PUMA VTR1216m with fanuc i series iHmi. I hold tolerances up to .001 on this machine . I also do milling and drilling on face, OD and ID operations to make complex parts.
