I have over 10 years of experience in implementing technical and workflow efficiency solutions. Today, I am a Team Manager, Activation Services at Applied Systems, managing a team of Software Implementation Leads. In addition, I act as a liaison between departments to communicate product updates as well as ensuring consistency in internal and external client processes.Process improvement is my passion. "...because we've always done it that way" is a saying I cannot accept. When "in the weeds" as an individual contributor, finding defects and engaging in detailed, technical root cause analysis is immensely gratifying. Finding solutions to resolve defects and improve efficiencies to the end of customer satisfaction is my goal - whether that be in my direct client relationships, or in identifying opportunities "behind the scenes" that may facilitate a more intuitive process to lead my team.
