CurrentIn 2016 I set up a new barristers' chambers in Liverpool.Charterhouse is a barristers' chambers that specialises in civil, commercial, criminal, family and sports law. Founded in Liverpool Charterhouse operates nationwide, we have recently opened an office in Manchester to consolidate the work that we have and to expand with the city.Customer service and satisfaction are paramount, we try to be business-like and responsive to our clients needs.As Chambers Director I am responsible for:Identifying and targeting key work areas and relevant professional clients;Understanding the business requirements of professional clients;Establishing and maintaining key relationships;Ensuring all aspects of the relationships are effectively and efficiently managed internally;Devising and implementing chambers approach to extremely high customer service standards and satisfaction;Establishing Charterhouse brand and ensuring staff adherence to Charterhouse identity and policies;Recognising, adapting to and taking advantage of change within the marketplace;Recruiting tenants and staff.Contracting with external parties for the provision of services.I can be contacted at any time during the day (and most of the night!) to discuss any aspect of chambers business.
