Shared Services for Technology & Innovation at Davidson College includes all foundational services which compose our technical architecture portfolio. My team is responsible for infrastructure services, data management, identity and access management, and enterprise application hosting. We are focused on our architectural strategy while continuously improving and tuning our ways of working. Over time we've adopted industry practices and fostered a community of expert and curious professionals who tackle complex problems and initiatives. The work is common among IT professionals but with a small liberal arts college mindset and scale. I am proud to lead this team and I am eager to learn more.

My team develops and supports solutions for Davidson College. We are focused on business intelligence, analytics, identity and access management, administrative business systems, and collaborative tools. Our solutions are based on a technical architecture and user experience strategy. We strive to improve our processes and supporting technology while balancing the impact of change for our students, employees, and community as a whole.

BI Developer and more... I am excited to jump into the development side of IT in my new role with Davidson College. Currently working on implementation of BlackBaud CRM 4.0... data warehouse design, customization and reporting; SDK customization for front-end requests; and more. I am equally excited to have the flexibility to explore technologies around analytics in general with this group. Also loving my 9 minute commute!

As Business Systems and Data Services Supervisor I lead a team of software developers, solution architects and administrators through multiple projects. In addition to supporting projects we are directly responsible for maintaining custom applications and third party solutions as part of day to day operations for the County.

I am directly responsible for maintenance and operational tasks regarding Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure, developer and application support, report development and project management.

As Regional Services Manager I was responsible for software implementation projects throughout the South Eastern region of the United States. My direct reports included project managers and implementation specialists working within the region. In addition I was responsible for specific revenue objectives with which I was measured quarterly. Finally, I worked directly with the Sales and Engineering departments to respond to Requests For Proposal and perform sales demonstrations and discussions.

I was responsible for multiple software implementation projects throughout the United States specializing in local government business process automation. These projects were between six months and 24 months in duration and involved project teams composed of five to 25 team members.
