I oversee all instruction in the dojo, outside the dojo, and on Zoom. As the Head Instructor I manage and train Senior, Junior and future instructors in how to be better teachers. I work daily with the Program Director, and Owner daily to adapt and improve the day to day operations of the business. I Work on scheduling using Tsheets, coordinating the team through Slack, and teaching classes on Zoom. I also contribute to the visibility of the Max Academy of Martial Arts on social media. I help plan and execute events for the dojo including birthday parties, free community events, Pokemon go walks, and bully prevention.
