Efficient, friendly, customer-conscious implementation and support is what I do best. I've been honing my customer service skills since I started answering the phones at the family bakery when I was seven years old, and believe in a customer-centered approach, using my strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on turning cryptic computer-speak and internal jargon into plain English. Now I've come full-circle and have been running the family business since my Dad passed in 2019. Unfortunately, I don't get to do any baking (better left to the professionals) but I do get to handle all of the bookkeeping, payroll/taxes, HR, IT, maintenance, and general ops which has really given me a great opportunity to put my skills to the test in a many different areas and implement a lot of cool workflow automation and infrastructure upgrades. We're a small business in an industry hit incredibly hard by the pandemic that managed to make it through without ever reducing the size of our staff or missing a paycheck, so, something is going right. Now that things have settled a bit, I'm looking to get back into the industry that I love. My focus is on IT process analysis, implementation, support, and sysadmin work. I'm comfortable as a Business Analyst, Sysadmin, Webdev, Helpdesk Fixer-of-all-things, and Support Expert.
