Since 2015 I have produced electronic music under the artist name "Royall." My discography includes an album, three EPs, and multiple singles and remixes. Under the group name "Trash Bangs", myself and singer-songwriter/guitarist Kate Gallagher have released two EPs, one in 2021 and the other in 2023. For the most part, all of my solo music is composed, produced, mixed, and mastered by myself. I also design the cover art for almost all of my releases.

Conducted client research projects and developed marketing strategies. Managed artist merchandise inventories and logistics, and handled various office admin tasks as needed. For my capstone project, I developed strategies for Dead & Co. to foster fan engagement outside of tour cycles.

As a grad assistant, I assisted various departments within the Massey College of Business in research and data entry projects as well as office admin tasks as needed.

This August, I graduated from Belmont University's Jack C. Massey School of Business with my MBA degree. My studies included business essentials such as marketing, accounting, finance, logistics, data analytics, and entrepreneurial strategy, as well as soft skills such as leadership ethics and interpersonal relationship management. My elective concentration within the program centered around the music industry.

As a management intern, I created promotional assets and marketing materials, created and maintained touring spreadsheets and schedules, and managed merchandise inventory and distribution. I also assisted on various projects for represented artists and consulting clients including website design, merchandise design, music video editing, and Spotify canvas design as needed.

I worked as a production assistant on the set of multiple brand-name photo shoots with Rosco Productions. My responsibilities included setting up and tearing down set, driving shuttle vans, running errands, maintaining lockups in public areas, working with craft services, and reporting to the producer and assistant producer as needed.

I worked as a production assistant on the set of a various corporate video productions. My responsibilities included loading, setting up, and striking gear, running errands, steaming wardrobe, assisting with food services, operating the slate before takes, driving a crew shuttle, and reporting to the producer and director as needed.

I worked as a photographer's assistant on the set of multiple e-commerce clothing photo shoots. My responsibilities included setting up seamless backdrops, setting up and operating lights, gaffing cables, running errands, maintaining the set, and answering to the producer and photographer as needed. I also worked as a boom operator/sound mixer for various independent productions in the New York area. My responsibilities included operating a boom mic, recording all dialogue and on-set sound, and maintaining recordings for delivery to the editor.

As host and DJ of The New Afternoon Show on WNYU, I created a weekly three-hour mix of new music from online music scenes and underground artists in the world of electronic muisic. The show aired Fridays from 4-7 PM on 89.1 FM. I also interviewed up-and-coming artists on their processes, philosophies, and experiences as musicians in the digital age.

In 2020 I started hosting a podcast with a friend at WNYU. Our show Art Techo focused on having conversations with artists using technology in creative and forward-thinking ways. Our show aired on a twenty minute slot on 89.1 FM once a month and is also available on streaming platforms in a longer format. Hosting this show gave me hands-on experience in working collaboratively under a deadline, booking guests, writing and conducting interviews, writing transcripts, and editing tape for broadcast. My other responsibilities for the show included designing the Art Techo logo and creating promotional content for the show’s social media accounts.

During my junior and senior years of college I was club president for RUF City Campus, NYU's local chapter of Reformed University Fellowship (the campus ministry organization of the Presbyterian Church of America). As president, my responsibilities included managing the club budget, planning club meetings and social events, leading events, and coordinating worship music performances and rehearsals.

As a production intern at NYU’s Dolan Studio, my responsibilities included setting up recording equipment for live instruments and vocals, assisting with editing and comping in ProTools, and assisting with studio maintenance.

Over the summer of 2019 I was a student teacher for NYU Steinhardt’s Summer Electronic Music Institute. The program consisted of two two-week long programs for high school students focused on fostering their skills in music recording, production, and performance under the mentorship of student leaders and NYU faculty. My responsibilities included assisting students in studio sessions, troubleshooting tech issues, facilitating collaborative projects, and setting up instruments and recording equipment for final project performances at the end of each two-week section. During my junior year of high school I had attended SEMI as a student and the experience greatly influenced my decision to pursue a degree in Music Technology. Being able to work with students in the same program as a teacher and encourage their enthusiasm for music creation was deeply rewarding.

In the summer of 2018, I worked as the assistant project manager for Pine Cove Camp in the City. My responsibilities included maintaining camp vehicles, setting up camp activities and inflatables, and keeping inventory of tools and supplies.
