Through my experience I continue to motivate and build an effective team of engineering personnel using comprehensive organisation and planning skills, judgement and initiative to obtain positive results.Daily roles include - - System Design - To ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of the clients- To manage, monitor and control the project budget, identifying resources required.- Coordination of project personnel and subcontractors for the duration of the projects- Production of project documentation, such as method statements, risk assessments, project plans, system schematics, handover documents, action plans, progress reports and project review summaries.- Liaison with Account Managers, Clients, Third party suppliers and Contractors.- Monthly Project Financial reporting.
