I serve as the Executive Director and Co Founder of The Archibald Project, a non profit that uses storytelling to inspire and mobilize more people to get involved in foster care, adoption, and family preservation. I am also part of the lead storytelling team where I spend time developing, producing, shooting, writing, and editing film projects for The Archibald Project. I specializes in documentaries and have developed an international documentary series called The Advocates.Before entering the non profit sector, I spent the majority of my time in the field of aviation. I spent over eight years as an airline pilot flying regional routes for Delta and American Airlines. I started flying at the age of 13 and am currently rated as an ATP, Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine Pilot with a type rating in an EMB-145 and over 6,000 flight hours. I was educated primarily at LeTourneau University and flight safety Academy.I have a broad range of knowledge in the orphan crisis and vulnerable families through work all over the world. My international experience includes travel to over 33 countries, including five months living in Uganda and seven months living in The Republic Of The Congo. I am passionate about people, justice, and a well told story.
