Other duties include;Carry out cab assessment rides on qualified and post qualified drivers, as directed by Production Manager Facilitate Stage N briefing prior to the final changes to the layout of the lines into Reading Station Easter 2015Facilitate traction training sessions on class 66 & 70 Locomotives Carry out periodical progress assessments on Graduate Drivers Maintain competency of qualified drivers selected to operate DMU's passenger trains for ECS moves to maintenence depotsCarry out annual cab assessment ride Compile and issue unit drivers competency questionnaire for inclusion on bi-annual rules day Issue Certificate of Competence on compleat on of successful assessment Compile a training package for future DMU drivers
