Led the successful implementation of the MES software which included developing all training documents and executing the training of all operators in the Natural Cuts department.Developed and managed the implementation of the slabber wire station. This involved standardizing the process using lean methodologies, analyzing different cost options, creating a bill of materials, and analyzing the current process to reduce the safety risks involved. Center lined multiple production lines and developed standard operating procedures, work instructions, and one-point lessons to reduce quality complaints and downtimes.
