Produce and analyze data for all revenue cycle service lines of the Adventist Health West and Cerner partnership consisting of 19 hospitals and 200+ clinics. Assorted Tasks:-Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to fulfill reporting needs and assist in driving decisions to strengthen revenue cycle key performance indicators (KPIs).-Act as the link between BI/IT and the business for the creation of revenue cycle tables and views in the EDW.-Via Tableau, create automated self service dashboards that provide users drill down capabilities for analysis and guide users toward areas in need of attention.-Identify analytical gaps within the revenue cycle. Based on findings, create project plans that include all steps above as well as analysis, proposals based on findings and training on newly developed dashboards used during analysis.

Patient Access Services (Hinsdale Hospital and LaGrange Memorial Hospital):•Generate and maintain daily and monthly operational reports of registration processes and trends; work with management on improving processes and procedures.•Review registration errors/accuracy and document those errors to expedite billing for the region and to maintain monthly statistics that are shared with Pre-Access, Registration and PFS management.•Collaborate with the Regional Registration Trainer to help identify training opportunities across the region.•Perform audits on request of the Pre-Access and Patient Access Directors; provide feedback based on audit results to encourage performance improvement.•Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure accurate registrations and timely workflow.
