I'm a dedicated food-industry professional with 15+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry, focusing initially on retail, large-scale food production and grocery store food-service management. I supplemented my knowledge with dedicated and inquisitive self-study, and numerous stages at a variety of intimate and medium-sized restaurants in the Bay Area, including a Texas-style BBQ shack, a New American restaurant with 200 covers, and a brasserie. Following a brief stint in corporate catering, I moved onto managing commercial kitchens in Oakland at Port Kitchens, a coworking kitchen community, where food entrepreneurs, artisans, and catering companies can co-work in a permitted, licensed, and dedicated facility geared toward stability while preparing for growth.I'm interested in helping companies explore new opportunities in the CPG and fast-casual sectors, and am committed to developing systems, efficiencies, and strengthening investment in the local food systems of bountiful Northern California.
