After graduating from Sir Sanford Fleming College's School of Natural Resource Sciences and gaining experience in geotechnical engineering, I joined Crone Geophysics and Exploration to pursue my passion for mineral exploration. Crone Geophysics, with over 60 years of innovation and industry leadership, has given me the platform to lead and manage diverse, high-impact projects worldwide.In my current role as Assisstant General Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on both business growth and operational efficiency. I am responsible for managing a global client base, ensuring that our teams deliver exceptional service and results. My focus is on maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring that our solutions are aligned with the needs of both established and emerging companies.I have also developed key skills in areas such as marketing, contract negotiation, and public speaking, which have been instrumental in expanding our client base and enhancing client satisfaction. My leadership style emphasizes collaboration, team development, and a commitment to operational excellence, all of which contribute to the long-term success of the business.In addition to my management responsibilities, I serve as a management representative on the health and safety committee, act as a shareholder, and hold the position of corporate secretary on the board of directors. These roles allow me to play a key part in shaping the company's strategic direction and governance.
