Within the BDA role, I support outbound Business Development sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. I consistently make a tangible impact on the Business Development Organization by contributing to the generation of millions of dollars of new business pipeline each year. Additionally, I participate in an intensive sales training program that has been built specifically to provide new professionals with the fundamental skills necessary to achieve a successful sales career at Salesforce.

As a client relationship representative I worked with the Watson Customer Engagement sales teams. I was part of the Watson Order Optimizer campaign that targeted over 300 clients in over 25 companies across the United States. During this campaign I researched over 700 clients and their profiles for future project outreaches linked to the program. I also created a wayfinding tool for the US sales team network to increase efficiency.

As a marketing intern for TeamWorks Media I prepared customer materials and led sales presentations. I was tasked with benchmarking similar company advertising activities and analyzed them in preparation for the release of TeamWorks new LatinoBaseball website launch. I also assessed the Rio Olympics marketing and advertising strategies and published a blog summarizing my findings on the company website.

As a Customer Service Agent for Delta Air Lines I was tasked with ensuring the safe and on time operation of multiple flights at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in Atlanta. I worked in teams of three to four to complete loading and offloading of customer luggage while documenting the weight distribution in the plane to make sure it was safe to takeoff and reach the final destination.
