Through many years of retail development, I have learned to become a strong leader with a growth mindset. Being an Operations Manager for 2 years, I have developed team building skills, as well as achieving high levels of excellence and performance from my teams. I have led 3 successful holiday seasons, and have improved year to year in relevant metrics such as customer satisfaction and shipment productivity. I am a highly self-driven individual and adapt well to change. I have a high level of critical thinking, and make quick decisions that make a positive impact on the bottom line.Beyond my work experience, I am ambitious in completing my degree in Business Management at the University of Northern Colorado. I have been working hard on completing my program while being a full time management employee. I can handle many difficult tasks at once for an extended period of time, and am not afraid of taking on a massive workload.Outside of these areas, I have other professional development that is the most crucial part of who I am. I partook in 4 seasons of Drum Corps International, a professional musical organization that specializes in the performance field shows. I started my professional career with The Battalion Drum and Bugle Corps, then went on to be a member of Spirit of Atlanta where I learned confidence and time management. After these 3 years, I went on to be part of the legendary Santa Clara Vanguard where I would be pushed to my limits and achieve a 5th place ranking nationwide. Here I learned what it meant to be a team player, as well as an exceptional individual through my performance on the field, and the way I carry myself off the field.I hold myself to a high standard, and am ready for my next challenge.
