I retired from the Police in 2013 having completed 30 years service. I started my own business and designed bespoke training in Conflict Resolution for all the staff at Derriford Hospital between September 2011 and August 2019. I focussing on de-escalating conflict, reading Body language and patient interaction.In June 2020 I started working for Konnect Communities support as a support worker. I was mainly supporting and advocating for victims of crime. I also used my skills resolving neighbourly disputes and advised a housing association how to reduce crime and improve the quality of life for over 200 families. I am experienced, adaptable and still willing to learn new skills.
