Something I found problematic at times in working for larger brands.Commencing in the industry in 1998 at Jones Lang La Salle, I moved to Colliers International in 2001 and spent the next almost 15 years in both sales and leasing roles, working with private and institutional organisations, before progressing to the role of National Director of the Adelaide Office Leasing Division.Today, As Managing Director of Upstream Property, my time is spent managing key client relationships and office leasing solutions for some of Adelaide’s largest private owners and property syndicates, plus fostering a team culture in our business that delivers us momentum for the long haul.
