• Led the Assessment Matters Community, a networked improvement community focused on improving formative assessment practice in 40 NYC middle and elementary schools. Supervised 12 consultants in the field.• Served as lead consultant for NYC iZone 360, developing teacher practice to promote personalized mastery learning in a portfolio of 10 urban middle and high schools.• Managed instructional coaching on NYC Connected Learning Project- a multi-partner blended learning grant serving 19,000 low-income 6th graders in 36 schools.• Total revenue of led projects over 10 years is more than $8 million, reaching 80+ schools.• Provided direct coaching support to 8+ schools annually, focused on improving teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.• Coaching areas include: building teacher efficacy in a blended learning model, formative assessment practice, mastery-based assessment, emerging technologies for student-centered instruction, teacher leadership, school leadership, professional learning communities and sustainable practice, portfolios and student-led conferences.

Creating science curriculum around innovative web-based science models for the ITSI-SU project. The Innovative Technology in Science Inquiry Scale Up prepares diverse students for STEM careers by engaging them in exciting, inquiry-based science projects that use computational models and real-time data acquisition.

The Strengths Movement is a 501c3 dedicated to creating a focus on young people's strengths and assets through supporting implementation of strengths-based curriculum in K-12 schools, in the home, in camps, youth services organizations, juvenile justice systems and all organizations serving youth.

• Raised over $7 million in endowment, including two largest gifts in school history. • Won CASE Wealth Engine Award for Improved Statistics in Fundraising (2008).• Won five publications awards from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education, District 2 including Best Practices for Communications, Best DVD Content.
