After working for several years in the financial services industry in roles that required me to contribute to software product feature definition and roadmap planning as well as client relationships, I realized that product development is what I am most passionate about. I have therefore made the difficult decision to leave the financial service industry, despite having passed several difficult certifications, to focus my career working in the technology space. I am simply much more excited to apply my product insights, organizational skills, and ability to evangelize and promote ideas to developing products in the technology area that have far greater scale and impact.Coming from a multicultural and multilingual background (Latino/Japanese/Italian), I’ve been exposed to a wide range of work styles and philosophies that I believe make me a well rounded candidate able to harmonize diverse perspectives into coherent aligned plans of action. I am confident that my maturity, dedication, and passion for outstanding product experiences will enable me to become a significant contributor and team member, and future leader in product management. I’m excited about the challenges ahead, and am eager to learn new skills and processes so that I can rise and add increasingly relevant contributions to the teams I might be privileged enough to work with.
