Working as principal legal and business affairs advisor on a number of high profile entertainment and factual programmes including; The Graham Norton Show, Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Blind Date, various Biopics on Martin Luther King, George Michael and Michael Jackson as well as a number of different sketch and game shows.The role also involves dealing with major UK broadcasters and negotiating commissioning agreements, trust letters, development agreements and working closely with the broadcaster and production teams to ensure we negotiate the best deal possible with the desired talent.Day to day duties include, drafting and negotiating agreements with key talent, rights holders, service providers and suppliers as well providing legal advice on matters including copyright, compliance with the OFCOM Broadcasting Code and broadcaster guidelines, viewer complaints, contributor issues, trademark matters, potential litigation and supervising junior lawyers on programmes.

Qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 at this leading media and entertainment law firm specialising in reputation management and protection for individuals, corporates and brands through the use of defamation, privacy, IP, anti-harassment, digital media, family and dispute resolution law.
