Responsible for workforce management planning and forecasting across Westpac Operations

As the Senior Manger, I am accountable for ensuring management information is a source of competitive advantage for all business units across Operations and Property for strategic partners and stakeholders across Westpac.Managing a team of 60 staff across multiple sites in Sydney Adelaide and India my responsibilities include:• Design of a reporting framework that provides practical, accurate and useful information to enable effective and accurate decision making across all Operations business units.• The vision, strategy, planning, performance measurement, implementation and review of this reporting framework across Group Services, ensuring the integrity, efficiency and ongoing stability of the Information and Analytics function.• Providing critical analytics to enable business units across Operations to effectively manage their customers and monitor business performance.• Leadership, coaching and development of a team of management information and analytical professionals and Project Managers operating across the business.
