I am currently the Operations Director of multiple business which are located along Southend Seafront . As an Operations Director i play a vital part in making sure that all the businesses are running as they should be. I am also responsible for orchestrating a multitude of tasks ranging from strategic planning to the fine-tuning of day-to-day operations. On a typical day, I will begin to review KPIs which reflects the businesses and make changes where its needed as well as managing budgets and empowering team members to take ownership of their work, providing guidance and support when needed as well as recognizing individual and team achievements. I also deal with all financial issues from budget managing, P&L's, Invoice payments as well as payroll across all the businesses. On a daily basis support the local authorities such as Essex Police and local Council with the issues that may arise within the city. With over multiple years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving process improvements, I am extremely confident in my ability to manage a range of team effectively, reduce costs where needed, enhance customer satisfaction rates as well as coming up with businesses plans for each of the business and making sure that these are put into place!Let me tell you a little bit about me!
